Northwest Stationery Fest 2026 FAQ

Northwest Stationery Fest is a celebration of stationery, writing, art, creativity, and community featuring independent makers, artists, retailers, workshops, demonstrations, and special activities from across the Pacific Northwest and beyond.

November 7 & 8, 2026, 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM both days (12:00 PM for VIP).

The fest is hosted at the Olympic Mills Commerce Center (next to our friends at Sunflower Sake), located at 107 SE Washington St. #121, Portland, OR 97214.

Yes. All attendees ages 3 and older must have a valid ticket for entry.

Children ages 2 and under may attend free with a ticketed adult.

All 2026 tickets are sold out.

General Admission Timed Entry Tickets

General Admission tickets allow entry during the selected time window:

• Saturday, all day Sold out
• Sunday, 1:00 PM–3:00 PM entry Sold out
• Sunday, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM entry Sold out

Saturday and Sunday guests will be given a sticker for their day. Once admitted, guests may remain until the festival closes.

Please search your email for a Shopify receipt from Reggie’s Manga Shop. It should look like this:

You must present a valid ID that matches one of the names on the ticket(s) purchased.

If you purchased multiple tickets, everyone must be present at the time of entry.

Please arrive during your selected entry window whenever possible.

Entry may be delayed or temporarily paused if venue capacity limits are reached.

There may be lines during peak entry periods, especially at opening and during early entry windows. Please plan accordingly and arrive a few minutes before your entry time.

Yes! We now allow re-entry via our re-entry line. Saturday and Sunday guests are given a sticker with their day on it, and you must have your sticker on your person to re-enter. VIP guests will wear VIP ribbons. If the main line is active, you will be allowed in again once the main line has gone down.

Guests may remain at the festival until closing once admitted.

No. Tickets are not available at the door.

Once tickets or a time slot are sold out, additional tickets may not become available. We recommend purchasing early to secure your preferred entry window.

No. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or future event admission.

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you have questions about your ticket, please contact the festival team before the event.

No. Tickets may not be resold or transferred.

We are currently negotiating deals with local hotels for special promotions for festival vendors and guests. All updates will be announced on our social media and website once confirmed. In the meantime, here are some recommended accommodations within Portland.

  • Located on SE Powell.
  • Straightforward budget accommodations with easy rideshare access to the venue.

Parking information and transit recommendations will be provided closer to the event date.

We strive to make Northwest Stationery Fest accessible and welcoming to all attendees. Olympic Mills has elevators at each point there are stairs and follows all ADA guidelines. Elevators and stairs will be clearly marked on the venue map. You are welcome to contact us in advance with any specific needs.

We are offering early entry for attendees who use mobility devices. If you use or require a mobility device and would like early entry during your ticket day, please email stationery@reggiesmangashop.com.

Yes. Northwest Stationery Fest welcomes attendees of all ages.

Children under 13 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.

We recommend bringing:

• Your ticket confirmation
• A valid photo ID
• A reusable water bottle
• A tote bag for purchases
• Comfortable shoes
• A budget (there are a lot of amazing vendors!)
• A payment method you are comfortable using — both a card and some cash is ideal

Guests may not bring outside food or beverages, other than a standard water bottle. Refreshments are available for purchase on site, and food and beverage options may also be available nearby. Additional information will be shared closer to the event.

Backpacks, tote bags, and personal shopping bags are welcome.

Small folding carts and wagons are generally welcome as long as they do not block aisles or vendor booths, or create safety hazards. Event staff may ask guests to fold or relocate large carts during busy periods.

Only certified service animals are permitted at this event.

Yes. Northwest Stationery Fest plans to offer workshops, demonstrations, and interactive experiences. Many demonstrations and activities are included with admission. Some workshops, special events, or premium experiences may require separate registration or an additional fee.

No. Workshop attendees must also hold a valid festival admission ticket.

Most vendors accept credit cards and mobile payment methods, but some may be cash-only. We recommend bringing both a card and some cash.

No. There is no ATM on site, but there are gas stations on MLK Blvd. We recommend bringing a payment method you are comfortable using.

Many vendors will be bringing limited-edition products, festival exclusives, special releases, and event-only merchandise.

Yes! Northwest Stationery Fest merchandise may be available while supplies last.

Limited seating may be available throughout the venue. Seating is not guaranteed and may be prioritized for workshops, accessibility needs, or designated lounge areas.

Yes, public restrooms are available within the venue.

No. Northwest Stationery Fest cannot store, hold, or monitor attendee purchases, and guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.

Unauthorized selling, trading, or solicitation is not permitted unless you are an approved vendor, sponsor, or exhibitor. We will have specific meet-ups scheduled throughout the weekend.

Yes. By attending Northwest Stationery Fest, you acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken during the event and used for future promotional, marketing, archival, and educational purposes.

Festival dates, hours, exhibitors, workshops, guests, and programming are subject to change.

If significant changes occur, ticket holders will be notified using the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
